Integrated Health and Social Services
l’Ouest de Montreal - Ad Hoc Committee Member – Community Organization. The Integrated Health and Social Services University Network for West-Central Montreal (CIUSSS West-Central Montreal), lead by McGill University’s Dr. Lucy Lach. The committee has been organized to create a strategic plan for an interdisciplinary, collaborative interagency model for transition of care for people with brain based Neurodiversity. The CIUSS is committed to providing healthcare recipients with timely access to a seamless continuum of care that focuses on individuals’ particular needs.
